I developed the vision & the resilience strategy of CIN, first Belgian lab implementing systemic solutions at city level. In 2 years we raised 600k for a consortium of fab-labs we initiated and co-designed large collective intelligence processes for the 2030 industrial strategy of the Brussels region (CityDev) or the new low carbon governance model (Bruxelles Environnement).
